The Romanian Cultural Institute launched a call for applications to offer two Enescu Scholarships and two Brâncuşi Scholarships in 2025, in the form of three-month internships at the Cite Internationale des Arts in Paris. According to the Romanian Cultural Institute, the value of each scholarship is 6,000 euro. The "Constantin Brâncuşi" scholarships are dedicated to Romanian plastic/visual artists, and the "George Enescu" scholarships are dedicated to Romanian musicians. Interested artists are expected to submit their application files by October 18. "The main objective of the scholarship program is to introduce Romanian artists to the circuit of European values, through the opportunity to work in an international artistic environment. The selection is made by an independent commission of specialists, recognized personalities in the reference fields, based on the application files received", says the ICR. The evaluation criteria for the "Constantin Brâncuşi" scholarships are: the relevance of the artistic activity so far (exhibitions, recommendations, press file), the project as such, the quality of the proposed project in relation to the venue, the feasibility of the project within the scholarship period, the innovative nature of of the project in the context of previous artistic experience, relevant contacts in the place of the scholarship. For the "George Enescu" scholarships, the evaluation criteria are: the academic performance of the candidates, specializations and masterclasses, national and international awards, the quality of the proposed project in relation to the venue, artistic performance. Cite Internationale des Arts is a private foundation recognized as an organization of public interest. Since its inauguration in 1965, it has hosted artists in residence from all over the world. It is an organization that encourages intercultural dialogue, a place of cultural exchange where artists can meet the public and other professionals. Cite Internationale des Arts is located in the Marais and Montmartre districts. Every month, in partnership with over 130 French and international organizations, the Cite Internationale des Arts welcomes over 300 artists in residence, working in a wide range of disciplines.

Two "Constantin Brâncusi" scholarships are offered annually for periods of three months each, in order to carry out artistic projects in the workshop dedicated to Romania at the Cite Internationale des Arts, Paris-France. The "Constantin Brâncuşi" scholarship periods are May - July 2025 and November 2025 - January 2026. George Enescu Scholarships" are addressed to Romanian musicians with specialized university studies completed and with recognized performances in the field. Two "George Enescu" scholarships are offered annually for periods of three months each, in order to carry out artistic projects in the workshop dedicated to Romania at the Cite Internationale des Arts in Paris. The "George Enescu" scholarship periods are February - April 2025 and August - October 2025.
